A white paper on transportation logistics in Northeast Ohio, commissioned by NEOTEC and independently researched by the Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics at John Carroll University (JCU) in Cleveland, has been completed and released.  The white paper research and results are now featured on a dedicated web site, www.neohiotransportationupdate.com, which will be continually monitored and updated by students at JCU as part of their logistics and management curriculum.
