Intellectual Property Webinar
EXPORTERS AND IMPORTERS:
Did you know that foreign entities can steal your technology, register your trademark without authorization, and/or hack into your system to steal proprietary information?
Learn how to protect your brand and technology with this important webinar!
hosted by NEOTEC
in conjunction with Moxon & Associates
Wednesday, March 1, 2017
1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
WHY REGISTER FOR THIS WEBINAR?
U.S. patents and trademark registrations may not protect your interests overseas. As an exporter, you may risk losing control over your brands and technology because laws in the country to which you are exporting may not protect your rights and allow unauthorized third parties to register your name and sell your product as their own. They could also copy the technology to make your product, leaving you with no legal recourse.
The same could happen if you have your products made by contract manufacturers in other countries. And if you are a service provider, you need to make sure that your technology is protected as well. The recent news about computer hacks by foreign entities makes the need to protect your IP more pressing - even if you don't regularly deal with foreign customers.
This 60-minute webinar features expert patent attorneys from Moxon & Associates who will detail how intellectual property impacts your export / import business. It's sixty minutes you can't afford to miss.
