Ohio Means Business!
Thanks to sweeping tax reform undertaken in 2006, Ohio now has the lowest business taxes in the Midwest. Plus, Ohio has many incentive programs that show we're serious about attracting and retaining business. These incentive programs include:
- taxation incentives
- grants
- financing assistance
- the Third Frontier program, Ohio's commitment to high-tech job creation and economic progress - which expands the availability of investment capital to form new companies, supports product innovation, facilitates commercialization of new products, and funds collaborative projects betwen private companies and Ohio colleges and universities
