The
International Trade Assistance Center, ITAC, provides services to
small and medium size businesses that are new to export or want to
expand export activity.
The
service is made possible through a grant awarded to the Northeast
Ohio Trade and Economic Consortium (NEOTEC) from the U.S. Small
Business Administration and the Ohio Department of Development’s
Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
The ITAC provides export assistance services at no cost to clients.
Fees may be charged for specialized projects.
The purpose of the ITAC is to provide counseling and training to small and medium sized
businesses in order to promote growth through exports.
The ITAC offers services to assist
businesses with developing export compliance plans, international
trade plans, country trade profiles and document requirements for
international shipments.
